12-story 9x9 bay Art Deco steel frame skyscraper has a distinctive 2-bay
beveled corner entry, framed in polished black marble with incised geometric
decoration. The side entrance at
230 Congress Street has a notable design, and the current owner, Hamilton
Realty, has kept the spirit of Art Deco in the marquee lettering. Note also the
alternating patterns in the brick work.
